Charnwood provide apprenticeship training to Wadworth's Brewery winners

Local public house, The Greyhound Inn in Siddington, was crowned the winner of Wadworth's Brewery 10th annual pie competition for the second year in a row, after facing fierce competition from 44 other entrants who took part in the event.

Chris Wright, Head Chef and Manager of the Greyhound Inn, won first prize with his winning recipe, The Woolly Rucker Pie, which is now being sold across all of Wadworth's managed house estate.

Charnwood Training are delighted to announce their involvement with the Greyhound Inn currently providing apprenticeship training for two of their employees namely Abigail Keen and Adam Soons, studying Licensed Hospitality and Professional Cookery qualifications, with several other employees to start their apprenticeships this month.
