Charnwood Training partnership goes from strength to strength.

Charnwood Training continues to celebrate the expanding apprenticeship provision undertaken with Enterprise Inns during National Apprenticeship Week, with over 190 employees undertaking apprenticeships this year alone, an increase of over 180 from previous years.

Charnwood Training, part of the newly formed RNN Group (NNC and Rotherham College merger), are Enterprise Inns preferred training provider and specialise in bespoke hospitality training for publicans and their staff within this partnership, delivering training in situ and developing links with regional managers promoting the resources offered across the estate.

"We understand the catering and hospitality requirements such as front house bar staff and kitchen food services and strive to provide the right training to ensure further investment by employers. Enterprise Inns are the leading leased and tenanted pub businesses in the UK with a portfolio of over 5000 pubs and has recently established a management estate called the Bermondsey Pub Company which currently has 18 pubs open.  Their intention is to expand this estate to 700+ within the next 5 years.

Charnwood training in partnership with Enterprise have launched a new apprenticeship programme, during National Apprenticeship Week, finalising a development pathway for this managed estate.  Apprenticeship programmes in Front of House Hospitality and Kitchen Services have been developed and will be available to all staff across the estate.

There is a lot of passion behind this initiative and we want to encourage as many people as possible to get involved in apprenticeships.
